This is the best computer repair in Rochester. I asked if she thought my older laptop was worth fixing and she gave me honest answers based on what the cost would be and its condition. I ended up having her replace my damaged hard drive with a new solid state drive and I am very pleased. It’s so much faster. My cost was much less than what a new laptop would have cost. 11/11/2024
