What Our Customers Say:

“Computers are not my strong point. I had some windows updates happen and afterwards my laptop would not even start correctly. I called around and PC Maid was the nicest on the phone, I dropped it off the same day. She fixed my messed up windows and tuned it all up. Great business” 6/17/2024

She did a great job on my laptop. I picked up a virus off a game site and could not open any webpages afterwards. She had my laptop for just one day and I got it back all cleaned up and it runs great. 4/12/2025

This is the best computer repair in Rochester. I asked if she thought my older laptop was worth fixing and she gave me honest answers based on what the cost would be and its condition. I ended up having her replace my damaged hard drive with a new solid state drive and I am very pleased. It’s so much faster. My cost was much less than what a new laptop would have cost. 11/11/2024
