We offer these common component replacements:
• The SSD (Solid State Drive) or standard hard drive. This is why it’s so important to keep a copy of your most important files on an external drive or use a cloud backup service. Signs of impending failure are slowness, blue screen errors and missing files. We can also provide Data Recovery from completely failed storage drives.
If you have a computer that is older it could benefit from an upgrade to a SSD drive. These drives are simply a chip rather than a spinning disk and can run 3x faster, quieter, lighter and more energy efficient.
Note: We replace or upgrade internal storage on most Windows computers. MacBook storage replacement is limited to models prior to 2016 due to permanently soldered factory components.
• The Battery. Most batteries wear out after 2-5 years. They can cause sudden shut downs and complete power failure. We can replace most Windows laptop batteries.
